Terms and conditions

  1. This position starts as a 6-month internship.
  2. The internship stipend is ₹5,000 per month, subject to applicable company policies and internship terms.
  3. Full-time conversion is performance-based and not guaranteed.
  4. Candidates must maintain the required working schedule and assigned responsibilities.
  5. The company may evaluate performance periodically during the internship.
  6. Full-time salary, designation and employment terms will be communicated separately if the candidate is selected for conversion.
  7. The mentioned 15%–30% increment applies to eligible candidates after full-time conversion and is performance-based.
  8. Candidates must use professional communication while contacting clients.
  9. No false promises or unauthorized commitments may be made to clients regarding pricing, services, results or timelines.
  10. Client information, company data, leads and business information must be kept confidential.
  11. Company-provided leads and customer information must not be shared, sold or misused.
  12. Candidates are expected to maintain accurate records of leads, communication and follow-ups.
  13. The company reserves the right to modify sales targets, processes, incentives and business development policies according to business requirements.
  14. Serious misconduct, fraudulent activity, misuse of client data or violation of company policies may result in termination of the internship/association.
  15. Work-from-home does not mean flexible working hours unless specifically approved by the company.
  16. Final selection, internship continuation and full-time conversion will be based on company evaluation and business requirements.
