Terms and conditions
This is a 100% commission-based sales opportunity unless a separate written employment agreement states otherwise.
No fixed monthly salary is guaranteed for this position.
Commission will be calculated according to the company's prevailing sales commission policy.
Commission is applicable only on eligible and successfully completed customer sales.
Customer payment must be successfully received/verified before commission becomes payable.
Refunds, cancellations, fraudulent transactions or unpaid customer accounts may affect commission eligibility.
Candidates are responsible for generating leads and developing their local sales network unless leads are specifically assigned by the company.
Candidates must provide accurate information to customers and must not make unauthorized promises regarding pricing, features, discounts or services.
Company branding, software information and marketing material must be used only for authorized business purposes.
Customer data and company information must be kept confidential.
Any fraudulent sales activity, false commitment, misuse of company information or misrepresentation may result in termination of the association and cancellation of applicable commissions.
Commission rates, incentive structures and sales policies may be revised by the company from time to time.

Selection will be based on communication skills, sales ability, experience and suitability for the role.
Final commercial terms and commission structure will be communicated to selected candidates before onboarding.
