Terms and conditions
Duration & Commitment: Yeh ek 6-month ki unpaid internship hai. Candidate ko har hafte [Insert Hours, e.g., 30-40] ghante ka commitment dena hoga.
No Financial Compensation: Is internship ke dauran candidate ko koi stipend, salary, ya travel allowance (conveyance) nahi diya jayega.
Intellectual Property (IP) Rights: Internship ke dauran aap jo bhi video, graphic, ya content edit/create karenge, uspar poora adhikar (ownership) SSJ Developer ka hoga. Aap is content ko company ki permission ke bina kahin aur commercial use nahi kar sakte.
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA): Company ka internal data, client details, raw footage, aur upcoming projects ki jankari kisi bhi bahari vyakti ya social media par share karna sakht mana hai.
Certificate Policy: Performance evaluation ke baad, 6 months successfully poore hone par hi Official Internship Certificate diya jayega. Agar candidate bina bataye ya beech mein (prematurely) chhodta hai, toh certificate nahi milega.
Performance Review & Termination: Agar candidate ka kaam, behavior, ya discipline sahi nahi rehta, toh company ke paas bina kisi notice ke internship ko terminate (khatam) karne ka poora adhikar hai.
Portfolio Usage: Intern apne edit kiye gaye final videos ko apne personal portfolio (jaise Behance ya Resume) mein credit ke sath dikha sakta hai, lekin tabhi jab wo video client ke page par live ho chuka ho.
