📜 Terms & Conditions
Internship Duration: The internship duration will be 6 months, subject to the mutually agreed internship terms.
Unpaid Initial Period: The first 3 months will be an unpaid internship. No stipend or salary will be payable during this period.
Performance-Based Paid Opportunity: After completing the first 3 months, the company may offer a paid internship based on the candidate's performance, technical skills, productivity and business requirements. This opportunity is not guaranteed.
Stipend Terms: If a paid internship is offered, the stipend amount, payment schedule and other applicable terms will be communicated in writing before the paid period begins.
Continuation After 3 Months: If a paid opportunity is not offered, continuation for the remaining internship period will be subject to mutual agreement.
6-Month Commitment: Candidates are expected to commit to completing the full 6-month internship period. Before joining, candidates must read, understand and agree to the internship duration and applicable terms.
Early Exit Policy: Candidates are expected not to leave the internship before completing 6 months, except in exceptional circumstances. If an early exit is necessary, the candidate must inform the company in writing, provide the applicable notice and follow the agreed exit process. Early exit requests will be handled in accordance with the agreed internship terms and applicable laws.
Certificate Eligibility: The Internship Completion Certificate will be provided after successful completion of the full 6-month internship, fulfilment of assigned responsibilities and meeting the company's completion requirements.
Early Exit and Certificate: Candidates who leave before completing the internship will generally not be eligible for the Internship Completion Certificate. Any exception will be considered according to company policy and applicable requirements.
Prior Agreement: Before joining, candidates must understand and agree to the 6-month internship commitment, the unpaid first 3 months, the performance-based paid opportunity and the certificate eligibility conditions.
Working Schedule: Interns are expected to follow the assigned working hours of 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, with applicable breaks and rest periods.
Performance Reviews: Performance may be reviewed periodically by the development team. Interns are expected to complete assigned tasks and maintain professional standards.
Full-Time Employment: Any future full-time employment opportunity will be subject to a separate written offer, company evaluation, available vacancies and business requirements. Permanent employment is not guaranteed.
Confidentiality: Interns must maintain the confidentiality of company information, source code, client data, credentials and project details during and after the internship.
Intellectual Property: Company-owned software, source code, designs and development materials must not be copied, distributed or used for unauthorized purposes. Ownership and usage rights will be governed by the applicable written agreement and law.
Data Security: Interns must follow secure coding practices and must not share client information, project files or confidential company materials with unauthorized individuals.
Professional Behaviour: Interns are expected to maintain professional communication and respectful behaviour with team members and clients.
Task Allocation: The company may assign development tasks according to project requirements, technical skills and learning progress.
Completion Certificate: The certificate will be subject to successful completion of the internship and applicable company policy. It will accurately reflect the internship period and role.
Policy Violations: Misconduct, unauthorized access, data misuse, plagiarism or serious violations of company policies may result in termination of the internship in accordance with the agreed terms and applicable laws.
Changes to Internship Terms: Any material changes to the internship duration, stipend, responsibilities or other agreed terms will be communicated to the candidate in writing.
Applicable Laws: All internship terms, working arrangements and exit procedures will be administered in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
