- Portfolio: Aapke paas video editing samples (Google Drive link ya YouTube/Behance link) hona mandatory hai, jisme short-form ya long-form videos hon.
- Software Proficiency: Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, ya CapCut (Desktop) par haath saaf hona chahiye.
- System Setup: Agar remote job hai, toh aapke paas video editing ke liye ek good configuration laptop/PC aur fast internet connection hona chahiye.
- Creativity: Trending editing styles, smooth transitions, aur sound design ki achhi samajh honi chahiye.
- Time Management: Diye gaye deadline ke andar video deliverables complete karne ki ability.
- Communication: Team ke sath feedback lene aur badlaav karne ke liye achhi communication skills.

Hum ek creative aur energetic Video Editing Intern ki talash mein hain jo hamari multimedia team ke sath milkar kaam kar sake. Is role mein aapko social media content, client videos, aur marketing campaigns ke liye raw footage ko engaging videos mein badalna hoga. Agar aapke paas video editing ka passion hai aur aap real-world projects par seekhna chahte hain, toh ye role aapke liye hai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Short-Form Content: Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, aur TikTok ke liye fast-paced videos edit karna.
- Rough Cuts: Raw footage ko trim karna, organize karna, aur ek sahi timeline structure banana.
- Audio Syncing: Video ke sath audio tracks, sound effects (SFX), aur background music ko sync karna.
- Subtitles & Graphics: Videos mein clean captions, text overlays, aur basic transitions lagana.
- Feedback & Revision: Senior Video Editors aur Team Leads ke feedback ke mutabiq video mein changes karna.
Required Skills (Aapko Kya Aana Chahiye):
- Software Knowledge: Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut (Desktop), ya Final Cut Pro mein se kisi ek par achhi pakad.
- Pacing & Timing: Video ke cut aur music ke beats ko match karne ki basic samajh.
- Social Media Trends: Trending audio, meme templates, aur modern video formats ki knowledge.
- Attention to Detail: Video mein audio glitches ya wrong cuts ko dhyan se theek karne ki ability.
- Basic Motion Graphics: Text animation aur basic transitions apply karna aana chahiye (After Effects ki basic knowledge ek plus point hai).
